LOWER HUTT RESEARCH DAY 22nd AUGUST

The Lower Hutt Branch of NZSG are holding a Research Day on the 22nd August 2015 and MIG has been invited to have a table at this event.

Are you able to help with staffing our MIG table?

You do not have to be an expert at Whakapapa research.  Any questions you are unable to answer, just take a note, name and contact details and a committee member will send an answer to the enquirer.

We would be able to send you a box of resources for the table.  If we are to have a table we would need several volunteers so that they could share the times on duty.

It would be good for MIG to have a presence at this event.  Do please contact me if you are able to help or would like further information.

The AGM has been re-scheduled

The Maori Interest Group AGM was planned for the Sunday evening of the recent NZSG Conference in Wellington.  Unfortunately, there were insufficient members in attendance to form a quorum.

The AGM has been re-scheduled for:

Date: Sunday 29th June

Time: 10am-12noon

Venue: 3/16 Queen Mary Avenue, Epsom, Auckland.

Please accept the Committee’s apologies for the short notice.

It is vital that as many members as possible attend this AGM.   The existence of our Interest Group may depend on having a quorum so we ask you to make every possible effort to attend the meeting.

Would you please let me know by this Friday (20 June) if you will be attending.  Thank you.

Agenda and relevant reports for the AGM have been circulated by email to all members.  If you would like to receive these again please let me know.
